The day-to-day schedule here is similar for each retreat and can be customized as needed depending on your needs. One of our favorite activities is the morning hike through the scenic Hoosier National Forest.
Weekly: 12 Mile Hike - 4 to 5 Hours (only for hearty participants)
Other: Daily Colonic for Those Who Choose to Do So*
*Colonics using a colemea board are optional included in program cost. If this procedure is not for you, no worries. Your participation depends on your personal comfort zone.
